The one-day meditation retreat will be from 9:00am – 4:00pm. In order to improve the quality of the meditation, participants are required to wear a meditation uniform (can be purchased from the Zen Center) and attend all sessions of the retreat. Please arrive early to allow some time to sign in as well.
