SUMMARY:Half-day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The half-day meditation retreat will be from 9:00am – 12:40pm. In order to improve the quality of the meditation\, participants are required to wear the meditation uniform (can be purchased from the Zen Center) and attend all three sessions of the retreat. Please arrive early to allow some time to sign in as well.
