Zen Meditation Classes

Mandarin Language Class Level I & II

Mandarin language lessons: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.  No prior experience needed for Level I.

Time: Saturday 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

English Beginning Meditation Class

Introductory Zen meditation and Buddhist teachings.  No prior meditation experience needed.

Time: Wednesday 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

           Saturday 10:00 am - noon

English Advanced Meditation Class

Advanced subjects, meditation and sutra study.


Time: Thursday 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Children & Youth Class

For children 6–12 years old and youth 12-18 years old

Time: Friday 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Tai-Chi Class

Tai Chi for adult: Young Style 24 Forms

Time: Saturday 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Other Activities

Half Day Retreat

Meditation and lectures.  Silence is observed.  All are welcome to apply.

Time: First Sunday 9:00 am – noon

Blessing & Dedication Ceremony

Chanting sutras, meditation, and Dharma talk.  All are welcome to attend.

Time: Last Sunday 9:30am – 12:30 pm

Note: All participants should be in good psychological and physical health.  Feel free to call or come by for registration and inquiries.  The Center is open every day.
