Summer 2024 Classes Start on May 13th

The Zen Center offers a continuing series of weekly classes of different levels, starting every four months.

A short one hour program where students get step-by-step instructions in the purpose and basic skills of sitting meditation.

Half day and one day meditation retreats are held at the Zen Center on Sunday mornings once per month.

Buddhist services are held monthly and include blessing, repentance, and traditional Chinese ceremonies.
